A service of JLH Communications LLC · Arizona

The big online AI models,
set up and managed for you.

JLH Managed Cloud AI connects your business to well-known cloud AI services — for example xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, or Google Gemini — using accounts in your own name. We set it up, keep it secure, and help you keep spending in check. Use it on its own, or connect it to your private AI system in a Hybrid setup.

Before you start: how cloud AI is different

When you use a cloud AI model, what you type and any files you send leave your office and go to that AI company's servers. From there, they're handled under that company's own terms and privacy policy — not just ours. That's the trade-off for using the biggest online models.

If you need your information to stay in the building, JLH Private AI — our local service — (our local-only service) is the better fit, and it remains available on its own, unchanged.

The short version

  • Your accounts — opened in your name; you own them
  • You pay the AI company directly — for what you use, at their rates; we don't mark it up
  • We set it up and manage it — access, spending limits, key security, and updates
  • Your choice of setup — cloud on its own, or Hybrid with your private AI under written data rules you approve
  • Local Arizona support — from the team behind JLH internet

Three ways to set it up

Private AI — local only

JLH Private AI

Runs on a Mac in your office or home. Your questions, documents, and answers stay on your machine. Not connected to cloud AI.

Managed Cloud AI — on its own

JLH Managed Cloud AI

Cloud AI accounts in your name, managed by us, kept separate from any private AI system. What you send goes to that AI company.

Hybrid — private AI that can hand off approved jobs

JLH Private AI + Managed Cloud AI

Your private AI handles your work and can pass certain jobs you approve to a cloud model. Sensitive files stay local; only what your written rules allow goes to the cloud.

How Hybrid works →

Hybrid: your private AI, with a cloud helper for approved jobs

Some offices want the privacy of a local system for sensitive work and the reach of the big online models for everything else. In a Hybrid setup, your local JLH assistant stays in charge and can pass certain jobs to a cloud model — only the kinds of jobs you've approved in writing.

Honest about what leaves: anything routed to the cloud leaves your office and is handled under that AI company's terms. Everything your rules keep local stays on your machine.

Hybrid is an opt-in setup that needs a JLH Private AI system and a signed cloud agreement. If you'd rather nothing ever leaves the building, stay with local-only JLH Private AI.

How Hybrid stays under your control

  • Written data rules, set with you — for example, client files and patient or financial records stay local; only general drafting and research can go to the cloud
  • You approve the rules in writing — nothing is routed to the cloud until you've signed off, and any change to the rules is made in writing too
  • Set up to follow your rules — we configure your private system to follow them as closely as the software allows, and test it with you before your team uses it
  • A record of the rules — we keep track of your approved rules and every change
  • Same management — spending limits, key security, and updates, on accounts in your name

What we set up and manage

For cloud on its own and for Hybrid.

Provider accounts in your name

We help you open and set up accounts with the AI companies you choose — for example xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, or Google Gemini. You own the accounts and the billing.

Ready for your team

We set up access for the people you choose. On its own, it's kept separate from your private AI system; in Hybrid, it's connected only under your rules.

What stays local, what can go to the cloud

We help you write simple guidelines for your team on which kinds of work and information can go to a cloud model — and which should stay on your private system or off AI altogether.

Spending limits and monitoring

We set the usage limits and alerts your AI company offers and keep an eye on usage, so there are no surprise bills.

Key security

We store access keys securely, limit who can use them, and replace them if there's ever a problem.

Updates

We keep things working as AI companies change their models and settings, and let you know about changes worth making.

Anything sent to a cloud AI company is handled under that company's terms and privacy policy. Settings and terms differ between companies and account types; we'll go over the options with you.

How it works

  1. Free conversation

What you want cloud AI to help with — and what information should never go to it.

  2. Recommendation and quote

Cloud on its own or Hybrid, which AI companies, and care level — in writing.

  3. Your data rules

For Hybrid, we write the rules together and you approve them in writing.

  4. Accounts and setup

Accounts in your name, access, spending limits, and key security. Hybrid rules are tested with you.

  5. Training

How to use it, and what should and shouldn't go to the cloud.

  6. Ongoing management

We watch usage, keep it secure, and keep it current under your plan.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the setup you choose, how many people will use it, and the care level — email us for a written quote. Usage is billed by the AI company directly to you, at their rates; we don't mark it up. Our fees cover setup and ongoing management.

Management plans have a 12-month minimum, then go month to month. Bundle discount on cloud setup when you buy it with a JLH Private AI system.

FAQ

Is this the same as JLH Private AI?

No. JLH Private AI on its own runs entirely on a computer in your office or home and isn't connected to cloud AI. JLH Managed Cloud AI uses outside AI companies on purpose. Hybrid connects the two, but only for jobs you approve in writing.

In a Hybrid setup, what goes to the cloud?

Only the kinds of jobs your written data rules allow — for example, general drafting or research. Anything routed to the cloud leaves your office and is handled under that AI company's terms. Jobs your rules keep local stay on your machine. Our setup follows your rules as closely as the software allows, so your team still needs to use good judgment about what they ask for.

Can we change the rules later?

Yes. Tell us in writing what you want to change, and we'll update the setup once you've approved the new rules.

Where does my data go?

What you send to a cloud model leaves your office and goes to that AI company, where it's handled under its terms and privacy policy. We'll go over the options with you, but the AI company — not JLH — controls how it stores and uses that data.

Who pays the AI company?

You do, directly, on your own account. We don't resell or mark up usage. Our fees are for setup and ongoing management.

Which AI companies do you work with?

We can set up accounts with well-known AI companies — for example xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, or Google Gemini — and we'll help you choose. You hold the account directly with that company.

Can I use it for client, patient, or other confidential information?

Only if you're allowed to share that information with the AI company and the right agreements are in place with them. Many offices keep this kind of information on JLH Private AI, and a Hybrid setup can keep it local by rule. We'll talk it through, but it's your decision, and this isn't legal advice.

Can JLH see what we send to the cloud?

We only access your AI accounts to set up, secure, and manage them, and only with your permission. We'll tell you up front what our access lets us see.

What if the AI company has an outage or changes its prices?

Cloud AI depends on the AI company and on your internet connection. We can't control their outages, price changes, or model changes, but we'll help you adjust.

Is there a contract?

Management plans have a 12-month minimum, then go month to month. Your AI company accounts are always yours.

Can cloud AI make mistakes?

Yes. Like any AI, it can be wrong, even when it sounds sure of itself. Double-check important facts. It isn't legal, medical, or financial advice.
